A modern and empathetic psychotherapy approach for those seeking improved well-being

It’s ok to
not be ok
There are moments in our lives when we can feel overwhelmed or lost, out of control or stuck, or that there is something off-kilter; that something needs to be acknowledged, reckoned with, and understood. These feelings often manifest themselves as anxiety, panic, depression, feeling sad, or a loss of confidence.
There is a logic and a history to the discomfort we suffer, and whatever brings you to therapy, I hope that in a warm and confidential space, I will help you move away from conflict and suffering, towards self-understanding and fulfilment.
Increased self-knowledge leads to better choices
Through talking therapy we will start to understand and process feelings which you, or those around you, might have ignored. As you discover and articulate those feelings, your levels of emotional well-being will rise, your relationships with others will improve, and your professional potential will increase.
Your unique self
In taking the time to explore your unique self, you can learn to trust your instincts, increase your self-awareness and reflexivity, and become more authentic, responsible and open to experience.
My approach
My approach is contemporary, client-centred and tailored to your individual needs.
The only person truly capable of understanding themselves is you: my role is to help you make sense of yourself and the world around you, whilst facilitating a process of constructive change as you begin to realise your potential.
My work is relational and proactive. I provide a non-judgemental space where you will be heard and understood; and we will work collaboratively, as I offer insights and possible solutions to your dilemmas.
My integrative approach utilises the three primary psychotherapeutic disciplines of humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
A professional background enables me to bring intellectual rigor and strategic clarity to my therapeutic work, alongside a breadth of life experience which has nurtured and developed my capacity for empathising with modern life’s challenges.
Humanistic Therapy
A warm, empathetic and non-judgemental environment within which you can express yourself freely and without fear.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Insight into childhood development, and adult relational patterns.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Identifying potentially negative and distressful thought schema, and learning practical self-help strategies.
